CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are required for all appointments & are non-refundable . Deposits are however transferable if you need to reschedule . I charge a 30% of service total cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 36hrs . Must pay cancellation fee if you want to rebook any service with me in the future . I have a 15min grace period . If you are later than that you will be denied your service . ***unless you bring cofee*** might overlook hehe If you haven’t been in my chair in 8 months + you are considered a new client ❣️ please book accordingly thank you ❣️
